Pawsitive Impact

Our services are expanding through our Pawsitive Impact Project!

For 10 years, you’ve helped us to clear the shelters and save animals. We’re going to make the next decade count by expanding our services to make a bigger impact directly on our local community.

At the core of our program is community engagement. Karma Cat + Zen Dog Rescue Society will provide leadership and coordination to our local volunteers teams to offer new services and programs in our local neighborhood. With the help of donors, volunteers, and supporters like you, we will be engaging with our community’s needs to keep local animals out of the shelter!

Our program goals include:

• Resources to provide food and medical care for pets in underserved communities.
• Identify veterinarians or other organizations providing low-cost medical services.
• Increase animal adoptions through local adoption events.
• Grant programs to assist with the cost of food, adoption fees, and medical services.
• Providing educational materials and programs on a variety of topics (TNR and trapping programs, children’s educational programs, pet care and first aide, etc.,)
